The Circus Tent Is Not Even Up And The Show Has Begun

Well the Orange ring master is putting together his cast of clowns to start their four year tour. Some pretty shocking choices so far. The circus tent has not even been put up yet and the clown show has already started. Several of his nominees could not fill the job of dog catcher because of lack of qualifications let alone serving as the head of major government departments.

The secretary of defense choice is certainly eye raising, but he was just getting started. The Attorney General pick is certainly the big shocker so far. As I was thinking about this it is my thought that this is a test shot by the Orange Messiah to smoke out Republican senators that are maybe thinking about going against his wishes the next four years.

If that ass wipe by some chance gets confirmed by the Senate (sadly that is a definite possibility) it is a sign of truly how bad the next four years or more are going to be.

So far I see nothing that is going to unite the country, just more choices that are going to drive a bigger wedge between us.

Also, I feel that it is BS that the Congressional ethics investigation is potentially not being released by Speaker Johnson. You can bet a shit load of taxpayer money was spent conducting that investigation. As such, the American taxpayers deserve to see what it uncovered and what they paid for. It had to be damning for the prick to resign just days before it was being released.

If he gets confirmed he will probably start a high school intern program so he can get a date. Hell he will probably get the big guy to give Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon and then make her a deputy attorney general so she can line up the dates for him. She has a good resume from her Epstein days.

I wonder if he is lining up contractors to put a revolving door on the Oval Office because the cast of clowns that will be going through it is going to likely be long. I bet some of these nominations don’t make it a year.

Of course those contractors better negotiate to get paid up front. He has a little history of not paying, but I guess that is what a good business man who goes bankrupt seven times does.

Also if you are going to need or feel that you need any appliances in the near future. You better buy them now. Because if he puts in the tariffs he said he is, a $30 air fryer is going to now cost you about $300.

I wonder what the over/under is on the time that him and Musk can tolerate each other. There is no way in hell that the two narcissistic bastards are going to be able to put up with each other for very long.

Well enough of my political bitching, I guess a majority of the American people found this to be a better route to head down, so I better shut my mouth and hang on.

Today I had a interesting day. This morning I got practice for if/when I get sent to brainwashing/re-education camp. We picked trash on a section of road near Bunkerville, NV that our club has adopted from NVDOT.

Then I hustled home and changed my clothes and went up to play some Pickleball. I left my garage door open while I was changing. When I went out to get in my golf cart to head up to the courts I found out I had a visitor.

I did a quick check to make sure Wiley E Coyote was not hot on his tail, but he was not.

The famous Boerne bird event immediately popped into my mind. Thankfully it was just in the garage and not the house. I gave him a few minutes to not panic him and he jumped down onto my golf cart and then jumped out the door and took off. I am sure Jennifer was laughing about it in heaven as well.

The pickleball courts were pretty quiet, but I was able to get in on a couple of games with a few folks that were late arrivals like me.

Now I am home watching the Griz play. It has been a interesting game so far. The Griz are ahead at least for the moment, lots of scoring going on in the second half by both teams.

Tonight I am going to a classic rock concert that is being put on by a band that one of our Bocce club members belongs to. They are a three piece group. Funny thing is all three members are originally from Chicago, but did not know each other until they all moved here. These guys are donating all proceeds to the Virgin Valley Food Bank, so it is for a good cause. The concert is at the community theatre here in town. It will be my first visit to this venue.
