National Sibling Day

According to Facebook today is national sibling day. I am blessed to have my two sisters for siblings. They have been a great support group for me. When I married Jennifer I also ended up with a bunch more siblings that have also been so supportive for me. So I have been so blessed to have them all in my life. I wish them all a happy siblings day.

Today I took Mom to Missoula for a doctors appointment. Last night we got some more snow, which was a little surprising (at least to me, it was clear when I went to bed). So I was a little worried about how the roads were going to be. Well Mom and I got on the road and the first 7 miles of the trip was snow packed and icy roads. Then we got to Sawmill Gulch and it was like some one thru a switch, the roads were clear and dry. We had a very nice drive over and back.

After her appointment we went for a late lunch. She could not think of anywhere to go so, we started driving around Missoula, and we were driving down Brooks avenue and I saw Ruby’s Cafe. I asked Mom isn’t that the joint they used in the TV series Yellowstone. She said yep. She said “you wanna go there,” I said “what the hell why not.” So we went and ending up having a nice lunch.

Al in all a good day.
