Keeping busy does help me from dwelling on my situation. I have said and will continue to say that my situation is pretty minor compared to so many other people. Don't get me wrong it sucks, it hurts and I would not wish it on my worse enemy, but keeping it in perspective it is not as bad as it could be. I have a roof over my head, food in my belly and a strong group of people supporting me. So I a grateful and thankful for that.
Yesterday was fairly busy. Did a few things around the house, put on my physical therapist hat and put Dad through his paces. Then took Mom to town for hair appointment with Danna. It was nice catching up with her, while we were waiting for Mom's hair coloring to set.
We then ran a few errands in town. Got their car washed, which was about a hour long adventure. I think everyone in Butte was taking advantage of the beautiful day to wash their car. Also they only had one side of the wash open, so that made it worse. The other wash was broke down, the two guys working on it did not appear to be having much luck it getting it fixed. Anyway we finally got through it.
It was a beautiful day yesterday. Today is not looking near as good, we are having intermittent rain/snow flurries this morning. That is life in Montana, where you can get all four season in a hour.
Well today is also going to be busy as well. We have a call at 10:00 with the Montana Water court concerning water rights on Mom and Dads mining claim, then taking Dad to town for a Covid Booster, haircut and a few other errands and then I have my Rotary Club meeting. This will be the first meeting of the combined club, so hopefully that all goes well.
Well I better get a move on, need to help Dad get showered before the call.
